Narcissus (in Earth Trilogy)
This enigmatic dance, created by Isadora Duncan circa 1905, is performed here by I-Nam Jiemvitayanukoon, a male dancer trained in the Duncan tradition by Jucovy. This opening dance in the first section of Earth Trilogy, reveals Isadora Duncan dances that celebrate the beauty of our natural world. Narcissus can be seen as a work which expresses the wonder and awe of water and earth.
