Elysian Fields: Flute Solo and Blessed Spirits

From Isadora's Dances to the Gluck opera, Orfeo in the Underworld. After Orfeo passes through the Hades and the Furies are charmed into letting him pass, he goes on his passage with Euridice, where he may not look back. He passes through to the Elysian Fields, in this rendition, directed by Judith Landon, he is not allowed to see the faces of those who dwell there.
